PIsP是一個比較新的代理設置工具項目，美博園根據官方英文翻譯簡介如下。PIsP可以更改Firefox瀏覽器的代理伺服器設置並連接到SOCKS代理，使你的Firefox瀏覽器上網安全。PISP可以更改Firefox瀏覽器的代理伺服器設置並連接到SOCKS代理，使你的Firefox瀏覽器上網安全。據官方介紹也可以用於Chrome瀏覽器。

2013-05-25 更新 PIsP v3.0.1 下載：
使用方法：安裝後，在安裝目錄雙擊PIsP.exe，在啟動的控制窗口中可以填上自己的代理。
請注意，這不是一個翻牆代理，只是幫助設置代理的工具，本身沒有翻牆功能。
