I2P：基於Java的免費代理 v0.9.5
I2P是一個很好的翻牆工具，幾個月沒有更新了，剛剛更新了095版（20130422）。正如以前介紹I2P（Invisible Internet Project）是一個匿名網路項目，它提供了一個簡單的網路層供對身份敏感的程序進行安全的匿名通訊。I2P 網路是動態的分散式網路，它在設計上並不信任網路中的任何一方，其中的所有數據都經過多層加密。很多程序可以使用 I2P ，其用途涉及 Email，P2P，IRC 聊天等。

這個軟體是否像tor似的不斷更換IP？
這個I2P匿名性要比tor好些，代理下好種子，增加20多個節點以上。就可以個，雖說速度上差些，作為備用也不錯。
