據美國福斯新聞（Fox News）3月7日的報導，日前，美國電信業者AT&T發布了一項新業務，用戶每月只要繳交約29美元的費用，即可享受網路隱私服務。 AT&T稱，該服務不會將用戶的搜尋紀錄與上網歷史賣給廣告商。該新聞一出，消費者上網隱私話題再度引起重視。
有人質疑在接受這項服務之後，用戶隱私真的就能真正地被保障嗎？至少AT&T｢誠實地｣告訴消費者它們提供這項服務。事實上，這些電信業者更願意將用戶的搜尋與上網信息賣給廣告商。
手 機製造商，無論是iPhone、Android或是Windows手機，都內建可阻斷廣告商追蹤用戶的功能。為了提供更適於用戶消費習性的廣告，通常手機 會讓應用程式（App）存取每位用戶的唯一識別碼，App就可能儲存或傳輸用戶信息。如果用戶關閉該設定，就不會收到任何個人化的廣告。
以下就是各式手機的操作方式。
1. iPhone
到【設定】（Setting）>【隱私】（Privacy）> 然後拉到最底下的【廣告】（Advertising），點進去之後，開啟【限制廣告追蹤】（Limit ad tracking）。
如此一來，便可阻斷廣告公司追蹤你在手機上的所作所為，還可避免你成為定向廣告主鎖定的對象。但是，用戶可能還會看到和以前相同數量的廣告，只是它們的相關性會降低，因為它們不再是依據你的興趣所發送。
在【限制廣告追蹤】下方，還有一個【重置廣告識別碼】（Reset Advertising Identifier）的選項，若開啟該功能，不論用戶使用何種裝置，蘋果公司都會排除用戶的Apple ID接收以其興趣為主的定向廣告。
在這個情況下，對廣告商而言，你將成為一位新用戶，這個功能將讓廣告商更難對你個人的上網習慣做出完整性的跟蹤。
2. 安卓（Android）
到【Google設定】> 【廣告】選項，關閉Google【AdID】，即可【停用按照興趣顯示的廣告】（Opt out of interest-based ads）。之後，手機將不再使用用戶的廣告ID建立個人資料，或按照用戶的興趣顯示廣告。
在【停用按照興趣顯示的廣告】選項下，有一個【重設廣告ID】（Reset advertising ID），如果選擇【確定】，則系統會將廣告改成新的隨機識別碼。
3. Windows手機
在 Windows手機中要關閉個人化廣告（Personalized ads），必須到【設定】>【廣告 ID】，在 Microsoft 個人化廣告喜好設定（Microsoft's ad opt-out page）的頁面下，關閉【每當我使用 Microsoft 帳戶時顯示個人化廣告】（Personalize ads whenever I use my Microsoft account）。
操作此功能時，必須先登入Windows帳戶，Windows帳戶和在Windows手機帳戶必須是同一個。當關閉此功能時，也將同時關閉Windows 8中的Internet Explorer瀏覽器的個人化廣告顯示功能。

經美博園測試，ToRAnger v 2.1 test 2 主程式ToRanger.exe和grape.exe都被小紅傘報毒而殺除，應該是誤報，但給網友使用上帶來困惑，暫時不發布。
